Assuring Delivery of Pharmacy Orders

eManifest manages the pharmacy delivery process.  From delivery tote checkout, to capturing an electronic signature at the delivery location, eManifest helps you assure your complete shipment arrives to your customer in a timely manner.


As a standard part of the Helix Pharmacy Management System, eManifest uses portable barcode readers to:

  • Check out prescriptions for delivery
  • Verify delivery of prescriptions
  • Check in prescriptions at your customer location
  • Record signatures of the people accepting the deliveries and links the electronic signatures to every item on the shipment manifest
  • Tag each signature with a date and time, so you can track time between deliveries.
  • Apply updates to the individual prescription records

eManifest electronically uploads the manifest data to your server so you can quickly confirm deliveries to your facilities.

From checking out prescriptions to verifying their arrival at your customers’ locations, eManifest helps you keep track of every order sent to every customer.
