As a standard part of RNA’s Helix system, eRxRequest uses barcode technology and the internet for requesting refill orders. eRxRequest is secure, easy to train for your staff, and very easy to use.


At your customer’s location, the ordering nurse:

1 Scans the barcodes for prescription needing reordering
2 Transmits orders for prescriptions
3 Receives a printed acknowledgement to the orders


At the pharmacy end, you:

1 Print the labels
2 Fill the prescriptions
