RNA wants your input. In fact we offer Annual User Meetings and other special meetings in order to hear what you want. The RNA Helix Pharmacy System was designed by pharmacists, like you, and continues to evolve with pharmacists in charge of the design and functionality.

We'll work with you extensively throughout your installation process.

You'll start with RNA's pre-installation visit to your pharmacy where we learn the specifics of your operation.  The next step is a week of training for you and your staff.  And for your go-live, we schedule a full week on-site to help you become as productive as possible, as quickly as possible.

Our 24/7 phone support leads the industry: RNA has an experienced customer support staff with many years of pharmacy and Helix experience.

Customized Training

We offer additional training after your installation. Training includes on-site sessions, webinars, videos, and on-line topic specific classes.  Tell us what you need and we'll tailor sessions just for you.

Caring for Your Data

To aid your conversion to the Helix Pharmacy System, RNA performs all data conversions in-house. We do not send your data outside to a third party vendor.  Our programmers are experienced in conversions from multiple systems. Your data is your business and our conversion process works to keep it private and as complete as possible.
